Warranty eligibility and duration vary by product. The product page, quotation or order confirmation takes priority. Warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.
Items Not Covered
- Incorrect installation, wiring or configuration
- Compatibility issues where required information was not provided
- Crash, impact, misuse, water damage or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear items and cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by unsuitable voltage, charger, connector or third-party component
Warranty Support
Send the order number, product label, packaging photos and clear images or video of the issue. For technical products, also provide the bike model, voltage, connector photos, dimensions and any error code.
Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, return condition, shipping responsibility and non-returnable items are governed by our official Refund Policy. Contact support before returning any item.
