Warranty Coverage
Warranty eligibility and duration vary by product. The product page, quotation or order confirmation takes priority. Warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.
Items Not Covered
- Incorrect installation, wiring or configuration
- Compatibility issues where required information was not provided
- Crash, impact, misuse, water damage or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear items and cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by unsuitable voltage, charger, connector or third-party component
Returns
Contact support before returning any item. Unapproved returns may not be accepted. Products must meet the agreed return conditions and include the original accessories and packaging where required.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, installed electrical components, used batteries, clearance items and products damaged after delivery may be non-returnable unless defective under the confirmed warranty terms.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Send the order number, product label, packaging photos and clear images or video of the issue. Do not install or modify an incorrect product.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method where possible. Shipping, duties and service costs are handled according to the confirmed case and applicable law.

For faster support, provide the bike model, voltage, connector photos, dimensions, error code and a short video showing the issue.
